OMG, today was sweet. ^^

In Kevin's law class...

"One of the mitigating factors (for starters, they are factors that the defence lawyer will bring up so that the judge will give the defendant a more lenient sentence) in a trial could be that the defendant is the sole breadwinner of the family."

Breadwinner.

Pemenang roti. LOL.
(and I bet none of us can stop thinking about the pemenang roti part)

Fast forward five hours later and I'm in Assumption Church, among my peeps from the Sunset Band. It's almost time to play the recessional hymn (i.e. before the congregation disperses) and Aunty Sharm tells me, "The recessional hymn is 'Do Lord', take over the piano." And I'm like, what ? For letting loose and playing like a rocker in "Do Lord", Uncle Cyril calls me a loose player. I think the whole front row and the musicians were smiling from ear to ear. I was tired. Damn tired. But yeah, it feels good to be back on the keys. Wish I had more practice, though.

Never mind.
