And that's because DK is coming here for class tomorrow, two days before Christmas.
With my C1 results.
DK went to the Alliance Française today to check my results. Apparently the Alliance Française did send him the results, but they sent it to the wrong e-mail address. So.... he had to go there all by himself.
I seriously hope and pray I did well.
That'd be another great Christmas comforter for me in the midst of my grief.
This before-Christmas anticipation of exam results reminds me of the time I did my PMR back in 2005. A few days before the PMR I had my results. Mom was there with me. I was s* scared. Mom was with me. And she kept on encouraging me until the very moment they announced my results. And when I had 7 A's... I was elated ! No, I didn't do any laps of honour, and I didn't pose for the camera until the year after - because I chose not to. But all the same, the fact that all that hard work paid off - it was sweet relief to me.
I pray that my C1 will be just like this.

Hard work, prayers and being able to accept what God gives you are some of the few signs that you're gonna do well.
=D
