At least something made me happy today

My C1 spoken test results are exposed.

I wished DK a happy birthday and asked him if he got the feedback. Deep down inside I was hoping that it'd be a good birthday present for him. Now, guess what I got.





19 out of 25, which makes 72...
...does that amount to an A or a B ?

And merci beaucoup DK for all those drills. I know I may have gotten tired of them back then, but all the same, I was prepared. Looks like you got a good birthday present after all. :)

Immediately when I arrived at college I told Kimberly, Joanne, Prabha, Johanna and Zazie about the spoken test results. I know Kimberly was elated - she asked me lots of questions aobut the exam and how it turned out. The rest sure were happy, never mind if there was no outward show...

Now, I have another three more tests to worry about - the listening test, the written comprehension and the essay. Each section contributes twenty-five marks.

I pray God that I may get through. I've done my best, please do the rest for me.

Tomorrow I'll be having class with DK again and I hope that it's as sweet as that SMS which came from him this morning. No, honestly, just the mention of the results gave me every reason to smile for the rest of the day, even if tempers flared and expletives dominated the scene in Literature class.
