Tagadation encore (et j'en ai marre)

Eighth tag in the year, and umpteenth in the month. This time Stef tagged me. And this tag is as excruciating as my C1 written examinations this afternoon.

1. What’s your ambition ?
Well. To put it simply I'm an aspiring lawyer, singer and songwriter. My main aim is to touch the hearts of the people around me.

2. Who is more important to you ? Boyfriends or friends ?
Friends, at the moment.

3. How often do you think of committing suicide ?
To be honest, I was suicidal for quite a while after mom passed away. I wanted to join her. Because unlike most people whose deaths come naturally (and are accepted as it were), her life was snatched away from us. She wanted to come home. We wanted her to come home. And she was gone forever ? I just wanted to jump off the fourteenth floor (where I live). But I thank God for leading me out of this suicidal stage.

4. Do you think you have enough confidence ?
Do I sound like I do ? It's only with constant encouragement that I gain all the necessary confidence the world can give me.

5. How many babies do you want ?
Please, stop, this is a postmarital question and I'm not even contemplating a relationship-----

6. Do you believe in seeing a rainbow after the rain ?
Well, I did literally see a rainbow after the rain, and since Abraham saw a rainbow after the rain, as God's sign of a covenant, oh yes I do !

7. What is your goal for this year ?
Well, all my goals will actually start being realised next year, come to think of it, and this year's almost coming to an end. I wanna do well in my A-Levels, and my French exams (C1), and I wanna do well in the C2 should I be sitting for it next year - that's the final level in the hierarchy of French exams, and....... if possible, I'd love to start recording. Oh, and I must know my Contract Law inside out. But then again, as they say, man plans, God laughs...

8. Do you believe in eternal love ?
God's love is eternal !

9. What’s your favorite television series ? Or what are, for that matter ?
Used to be American Idol and Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader ? but now I don't even watch TV. My favoutie French TV series used to be La Méthode Cauet (it was on TF1 and often shown on YouTube) but it’s been a while since I went to TF1’s official site, and the Cauet clips were strangely removed from YouTube, so yeah...

10. What are you really afraid of ?
Lots of things, some of them would be considered taboo if I mention them.

11. What are your bad habits ?
I'm exuberant - overly exuberant, overly excited, and highly eccentric. But come to think of it, some people regard these as plus points, so to naysayers, if you think these are bad habits, take me as I am or leave me altogether ! (And now I know the attachée linguistique took me for the person I am)

12. Is there anything you wanna tell the people who hate you ?
Do I even have to say anything ? I just told haters what I had to say in the previous question.

13. Do you cherish every single friendship of yours ?
Oh yes. I do.

14. What does flying mean to you ?
Freedom ? Butterfly ???? o.O

15. What do you crave for the most currently ?
A chance to record my songs in .mp3 format. Which, of course, I haven't.

16. Most unexpected gift you received so far and when ?
My drum kit. I received it from mom and dad as a birthday gift, back in April. I once wrote on troisnyx* officiel, "I'd like a drum kit for my 17th birthday. Na, chances are that I probably wouldn't ever get one." And that was when I attempted to play the drums - somewhere around last year. God turned the tables on me and showed me that wishes do come true after all.

17. Describe the person who tagged you in 5 words :
Words can't express her goodness.

18. What have you done to yourself make yourself happy ?
Well, the last time I remember I was talking to the attachée linguistique this afternoon and I felt happy. :)

19. What will you become in another 10 years to come ?
I don't know, but I pray God that I do live my dreams by then. Ten years is a huge time frame, and a very short one at the same time.

20. What have you achieved in life lately to make it better ?
Well, the recent "achievement", as it were, was the fact that I got through my spoken C1........ and gained more lovers for my first Malay song "Kasih".

21. Do you have secrets ?
Sure. Everyone does, anyway.

22. Would you fall in love with a boy younger than you ?
No. And yes, I'm as conservative as the person who tagged me.

23. Do you enjoy going to college ?
Yes, I do. I've got good friends and lovely lecturers including Mr Raja Singham, Ms Barclay, Ms Sunbeam and Dr Chantheney. And since I'm doing LSH (please refer to the previous post to find out the meaning of LSH), the subject matter's amazing !

24. What would you do with a billion dollars ?
I don't know. Rest assured that a part of it will be invested and a part of it will go to charity.

25. Will you fall in love with your best friend ?
For goodness' sake, my best friend is a girl...

26. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone ?
Both are of equal benediction.

I guess. As Stef puts it, who hasn't ?

30. Would you be the person that you are if you were to be reborn ?
Depends on God's will for me.

31. What do you want the most at the moment ?
If you're talking about 'want' and not 'need', then... okay. A new laptop (my current one's a desktop and it's giving me trouble already). A shot at recording my songs.

32. Would you rather be single and rich or married but poor ?
Redefine poor.

33. What is your favourite color ?
Red.

34. Would you give all in for a relationship ?
If it's one which requires seriousness then yeah...

35. If you fall in love with two persons simultaneously, which one would you choose ?
I'd probably pray first and then take the plunge.

36. What are the top 5 bands/artistes that you listen to the most or love ?
Coldplay, Alizée, Mylène Farmer, Zazie, Indochine. And imagine that, four of them are francophone artistes.

37. Name 3 things you would like to do but would never be able to.
Go to ICOM. My chance of going to ICOM was dashed. But on another note, I'm setting out to make my stand that I don't need a music degree or qualification in order to touch people's hearts.
Do my first drum solo in front of mom. I yearned to do it. I'm still light years away from reaching it. Mom used to love seeing me play the drums even if I sounded terrible. And mom passed away in August.
And......... well, I don't know for sure.
