Tagadation #7 de 2008.

This time I was tagged by Natasha. And my, they just don't end, do they ?

1. If your lover betrayed you, what will your reaction be ?

Move on. After all, how long can I hold a grudge ?

2. Do you like tags ?

Erm. From the very first sentence of this post do I sound like I like tags ?

3. If you can have a dream come true, what would it be ?

I want to be an accomplished singer-songwriter and touch the hearts of people around me. Even the poor and deprived.

4. Whose butt would you like to kick ?

I don't know. =) Maybe kicking butt isn't such a good idea after all. Yeah, I know. I'm too docile !

5. What would you do with a billion dollars?

Lots of things - charity and investment figure in my list too, I guess...

6. Will you fall in love with your best friend ?

If you're talking about eros, then no.

7. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone ?

Both.

8. Are you gorgeous ?

No, I don't even figure in the 'gorgeous' list. To start, I have a very plain manner of dressing. My hair is unkempt and... well, there's a lot more to work on. I'm in the midst of losing weight and if anyone ever does call me a gorgeous person, then I know full well that he or she is looking behind the physical appearance.

9. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do ?

Find another, I guess ?

10. What do you pray each day for your loved one ?

I pray for... protection from all evil, harm and ill-will, be it the people themselves, the things they do, the things they bring, or the words they speak. And for the Holy Spirit to come down and be with my family and friends whom I hold near and dear to me, and for mom's, Anselina's and Anton's souls to rest in peace ; and for me to do well in my studies, and for me to be His drummer girl. ^^

11. What takes you down the fastest ?

Losing a loved one. I'm more than acquainted with loss. I lost my two siblings Anselina and Anton when I was a kid, and I lost mom in August this year.

12. How would you see yourself in ten years time ?

Aren't the times and events determined by the Heavenly Father and not according to my predictions ? But if you really insist, I hope to have a stable, international recording career. Great reviews. A good family and peace all around.

13. Why do you think you are so tensed up ?

My tension is pretty much the same tension William Wordsworth went through in his younger years : a worry that our aspirations may not be fulfilled, as he says, "We Poets in our youth begin with gladness, # But there may come in the end despondency and madness."

14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is ?

Well. I do know her name's Natasha and she's a YouthSayer just like me. From what I do read, she sounds exuberant. =)

15. Would you rather be single and rich or married but poor ?

I wouldn't say for sure. Depends on how you define poor. I definitely want to be poor in spirit : in my belief I acknowledge that I am in dire need of God, no matter what stage of my life I am in.

16. Who would you like to see the moment you wake up ?

I don't know. But if you're talking about a person qui peut me rendre amoureuse, I'd like my future husband to be like the King of France (as in Shakespeare's "King Lear"). Go read a few posts back and then you'll understand.

17. What characteristics must your partner have ?

He must be God-fearing, homely, respectful of my dad - because he's the only immediate family member I have left, loving, caring, fatherly, romantic and not realist.

18. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, who would you pick ?

19. Would you forgive and forget no matter how horrible a thing the someone has done ?

It sure does take time. Maybe over time I will forgive and forget. Just like how the Vatican actually forgave John Lennon for saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ. Truth be told, those of you who follow my blog already know how mom passed away. I know the people who are responsible. I can forgive and forget, perhaps, but for my sake and for the sake of everyone's safety, I'll stay as far as I can, away from them.

20. Do you prefer being single or having a relationship ?

Does it really matter ? Perhaps being single is more convivial for me right now.

21. Would you leave your family behind just to chase your dreams ?

No ; rather, I want to chase my dreams with whatever's left of my family, right behind me.
