A public apology

"To all who have searched for Ressonnant Inc. or CBN School Choir on Google in the past, and who have come across this blog, and who have found any part of the blog hurtful in any way... I am truly sorry. This being a personal blog, I did not think twice about being opinionated and pouring my emotional self into it. I have left the team in 2007 but I feel that sort of attachment to the girls... and so I feel what they feel, and more often than not, I write my thoughts here. Please do not take your frustration out on the girls - they are working hard every single year, and I can bear witness to that."

It was only when I re-read some of my past posts that I found some lacunae. And methinks it must have really hurt some readers.

I really have to make this apology because... firstly, this doesn't come from Ressonnant's
official blog ; secondly, this comes from one ex-member ; thirdly, the posts are opinions. And I know some of my opinions can be rather acidic. To some of you, this post may have been put online a bit too late (as I can see some of you actually lashing out at the videos, subjecting the girls to abject humiliation via your comments), and it's all my fault. From reading a few of the posts, one can say that I have been bitter over some things over the years (especially some things which I felt were out, and did not coincide with our idea of how music should have been), but all this is behind me now.

From now on, Ressonnant members, cherish every single post and correct me, quickly, if I sound like an airhead. Casual observers and members of the audience, if you ever come across these posts, and if my opinions are acidic, please just take them with a pinch of salt.
